We carry a #1 grade Southern Yellow Pine for our wide width boards (2x8, 2x10, 2x12). These boards come from the southeast region of the USA. Southern Yellow Pine is a strong species of lumber and is suitable for beams, headers, joists, and many other uses where strength is an important part of the project.
